ABB’s Plunger Analysis Software (PAS) takes the complexity out of tuning a plunger control system.  By processing relevant trend data and analyzing the key areas that need adjusting, you can:

•    Prevent well shut-ins from liquid loading

Plunger Analysis Software (PAS) optimizes your plunger lift system by monitoring its cycles.  PAS uses the data generated by monitoring the five (5) main variables that control the plunger’s optimization:  casing, tubing, line, flow rate, and arrival time.  PAS then gives your recommendations on how to improve system performance based on a state-of-the-art mathematical model created with many years of experience in artificial lift technology.

The application can be installed as a stand-alone, a server configuration, or ABB SaaS plan to offer single well analysis or batch analysis.  A training and simulation module is also available and is designed to aid new or inexperienced users for training and what-if scenarios.
